James Keller Bio:

Raised in Australia, lived in London and is now a US citizen.  In London he taught at Birkbeck College London University and the International Film School.  The British Arts Council awarded him twice for playwriting.  His plays  have been produced in London, at the Magic Theatre, adaptations for ACT, San Francisco Opera, Ashland Festival, Marin Theater Company and California Theatre Center.  His writings include THE TRAVELER, A MAGICAL JOURNEY.  Since 1997 he has taught an indepth review of world drama, film and poetry to retired people which has stimulated a cycle of plays focused on old age and its issues.  Starting with SENIOR MOMENTS and includes a revue of Shakespeare's words about aging, THE SEVENTH AGE.  He heads a small non-profit theatre (see poorplayers.org).
